I believe in tolerance.
I believe that we should appreciate the Earth more.
I believe in reincarnation,
not just in this world, but in others.
I believe in the powerful bonds of family.
I believe that we can
learn a lot from nature and all it gives us.
I believe that there are deities, though I call them different names.
I
believe that fairy tales and disney stories are good for the soul.
I believe that spells are like flashy prayers...
they work with a little bit of work and faith.
I believe that animals are beautiful.
I believe that we
should never stop learning - ever.
I believe in love; it's all we need.
I believe I've met some people
before this lifetime.
I believe that divination is a fun way to show the scenery on the way to your destination.
I
believe that everyone and everything has something to say, if only we would listen.
I believe in faeries. (also,
"I believe in you, Peter Pan.")
I believe in evolution.
I believe in coming out of the closet (broom or
otherwise).
I believe in respecting my heritage, Italian, Native American, and German; and that others should respect
their own.
I do not believe in a devil, or hell.
I do not believe that any
faith is more valid than another (though some can seem a little unbelievable at times, Mr. Tom Cruise)
I do not
believe in animal sacrifice.
I do not believe that lightning can shoot from my fingertips, that I can fly, or that
I can control people with my mind.
I do not believe that there are truly "evil" people in the world. Some of you
may disagree and name a few badies, but what they did they, the believed to be right for themselves, for their loved ones,
and for their nations. We do not have to agree with them, though we can find what they did or do to be morally wrong in our
own minds. (I'm not downplaying the holocaust, darfur, or genocide in any way, shape, or form... but I don't believe the people
who perpetrated these horrible atrocities were evil.)
I do not believe that the Earth was flat (nobody ever did).
I
do not believe in "too much sleep". For I sleep perchance to dream.
